Runalicious is an online lifestyle apparel brand that focuses on a positive and healthy lifestyle through mind, body, and spirit.

 

Payment

We accept PayPal for payment. Don’t worry..…you don't need a PayPal account to use this service. You can pay directly through the site by major credit card. PayPal is a safe and secure way of processing transactions online and is free for customers!

 

Shipping

We commit to process your order within 1-3 business days. We ship via Canada Post and your purchase will generally arrive within 2 weeks to Canadian addresses. Domestic shipping is always free on orders over $75 CAD! Please note that orders are generally not processed or shipped on holidays.

 

*Note to international shoppers*: Although it’s usually not an issue, Runalicious is not responsible for delays or additional charges from international customs.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

I understand that shopping online may be challenging because you can't see your cool new clothes in real life before you order. If you receive an item that is not what you expected, please message me and we can arrange something! I will be happy to issue an exchange or store credit if the item is returned unworn and in original condition. To qualify, return shipping should be initiated within 7 days of arriving at your door, so let me know right away that you are not happy with your purchase. Depending on circumstances, you may be responsible for return shipping costs of an exchanged order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping costs.

 

I will always do my best to make you happy, but please contact me BEFORE returning an item so you know exactly what to expect.
